Lazy PDF's PDF and file-conversion tools run locally in your browser. The files you use to merge, split, compress, convert, sign, or otherwise edit are not sent to our servers to perform those actions. We do not read, store, or sell the contents of your documents.

a) Files you process

Standard tool operations happen on your device. We do not receive or retain the file contents.

b) Account information (optional)

If you create an account, we collect the information needed to operate it, such as your email address and authentication details, along with activity metadata to power features like synced history and favorites.

c) Files imported from third-party services

If you import a file via Google Drive or Dropbox, we access it only to complete the action you requested. Shared-link imports are not retained after processing.

d) Usage and device data

Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical data — such as browser type, device type, general location derived from IP address, and pages visited — through analytics tools to improve the Service.
